Restless Legs Syndrome

Restless legs syndrome (RLS) or Wittmaack Ekbom syndrome is characterized by an irresistible urge to move one's body to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations. It most commonly affects the legs, but can affect the arms, torso, and even phantom limbs. Moving the affected body part modulates the sensations, providing temporary relief.

RLS causes a sensation most closely compared to a burning, itching, or tickling in the muscles. It is a "spectrum" disease with some people experiencing only a minor annoyance and others experiencing major issues.

Products are listed in comparative order of importance, although products lower down the list could be the answer according to individual circumstances. If more than one product is mentioned per line, then choose only one.
Generally the more products used from a list will produce better results, i.e. start with what appears to be the most appropriate supplement and then add others until the desired result is achieved.

Recommended products are listed alphabetically in the different packaging sizes below for you to purchase online.
